The status of the software release will be updated on this page when this changes. At present, the author makes no guarantees regarding uptime or backup of data in the database. If you are concerned with the long-term storage of your data, it is highly recommended that you save your job search information to your computer on a daily or weekly basis as a backup. We reserve the right to review registered user data and to cancel accounts which appear to have been created fictitiously or are being used for purposes other than job search / job posting. We strive to keep our service free from scams and MLM posts, therefore if any job postings or employer accounts appear to be suspicious, they will also be terminated at management's discretion. We reserve the right to terminate user accounts at our discretion, for any reason. By registering on this web site, you expressly waive all right to damages occuring from the termination of your account by management. If your account has been terminated or suspended and you have an issue with this, please contact us. By utilizing this web site for any purpose, you expressly agree to these terms and conditions set forth herein. Furthermore, you agree to waive all rights to litigation and/or compensatory damages regarding the use of this web site. If you would like to terminate your account and have all records associated with the account either exported for your records or deleted from the database, please contact us. We require sufficient proof of identity before acting on any database related requests, and a small administrative fee of US $5.00 may be assessed for any record processing requests.
